Released in 2025 by Champ Games/Good Deal Games
In November 2023 Michael Thomasson of Good Deal Games asked me if I wanted to design the manuals for two new Atari 2600 games that he was producing through his company, Good Deal Games. Naturally I said yes and he sent me files of the game so I could play them and write the manuals. I completed them in mid-December and Michael sent me the artwork for the cover of the Tomahawk 777 manual. Although I asked several times, I never received the cover art for Lucky Chase. Finally, Michael revealed to me that the games required special components to produce them and he couldn’t get them. This went on for over a year and I finally figured that these two games would never be released. Then in June 2025 Michael told me that Champ Games had the required components, but they had to produce the games themselves. Michael went ahead with the deal but Good Deal Games retained the exclusive distribution rights to them.
